Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

As soon as a customer has placed and paid for an order through The Better Toy Store website, an email confirmation of this order will be sent to the customer (Please also check your Spam & Non-focused inboxes). Payments can be made with most major credit/debit cards, and PAYNOW/PAYLAH. 

Local Shipping & Delivery

Please allow an average of 4-7 working days (not including weekends and public holidays) for your order to reach you. If an order is required sooner, please refer to our Shipping Information page before checking out. 

The Better Toy Store does not take any responsibility for delays in the delivery process caused by additional requests/arrangements made after the order is complete. We are also not obligated to fulfil a delivery request that falls before the 4-7 working day delivery period; and all arrangements otherwise are extended on a case-by-case, goodwill basis only.

Repairs, Returns & Exchanges

Should you discover missing parts, manufacturer’s defects, or simply have a change of mind, please email us at websales@thebettertoystore.com within 30 days upon receiving of goods. You may also refer to our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

All returns and exchanges MUST come with your proof of purchase. We accept the following as proof of purchase:

● Original Packing Slip
● Order Number

Non-Singapore Residents

The Better Toy Store makes no representation that www.thebettertoystore.com, including merchandise offered for sale and their copyrights, trademarks, patents and licensing arrangements, are appropriate or available for use in locations other than Singapore. Those who choose to access www.thebettertoystore.com from locations outside Singapore do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. 

With respect to shipment of merchandise to consumers, wherever they may reside, title to the merchandise and risk of loss shall pass to the buyer upon delivery of the merchandise to the common carrier.
