Below are some of are common questions about orders
It’s simple! Head to the ‘Sign In’ link located at the top right hand corner of this page, then click on the ‘Create An Account’ button when you’re there. Now you’re all set to add things to your cart. Alternatively, you may also start shopping first and sort out the nitty gritty later – you will be prompted to sign in or create an account when you check out.
Guest Checkout is also available if you prefer not to go through the hassle of keying in details. A gentle note that Guest Checkout Orders cannot be backlinked to an account thereafter.
It happens to the best of us. Simply click on the ‘Sign In’ link at the top of this page, and then the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ button right after. We’ll send you a link to reset your password!

Once you’ve placed your order, an order confirmation will immediately be sent to your email. If you can’t find it in your inbox, make sure to check your spam folder (and mark emails from us as Not Spam so you won’t miss an email from us in the future!)
Not to worry, the 'Completed’ status simply indicates that your order has been processed, packed, and dispatched for delivery. Usually, this means that you can expect to receive your purchase in the next 1-3 working days (not including weekends and public holidays).*

Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Orders over S$100 ship free. For orders below $100, a flat rate of S$10 applies for all standard local deliveries.
For local deliveries, upon confirmation and full payment, your Better toys will reach you within 4-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
We offer a 24-hour Express Delivery Service at $25/location, subject to courier availability. Send an email to websales@thebettertoystore.com for further enquiries.
Please note: A delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours of payment for the service and is not open to further requests for fulfilment in a shorter timespan. Deliveries made on Fridays for commercial and industrial locations will include Monday as part of the ’24-hour’ delivery promise, unless otherwise arranged. Delivery fee is not entitled to further discounts or VIP privileges, and does not constitute as ‘Amount Spent’ for any promotions, if any.
We are committed to providing a smooth and reliable delivery experience for our customers. For this reason, we do not ship to logistic intermediaries that we have no control or visibility over. Orders made using a Freight Forwarders’ shipping address will be automatically cancelled by our system within 48 hours. We also seek your understanding that should a non-commercial forwarding partner be used, we will deem the parcel as being received in full and proper condition upon delivery. This includes all private arrangements where the delivery address is not that of the intended end recipient. The Better Toy Store will not be held liable for any claims thereafter, including (but not limited to):
- Product Defects
- Packaging Damages
- Quantity Discrepancies
- Total or Partial Losses
- Process Delays or Disruptions
- Any additional expenses incurred due to (but not limited to) the above
If we missed you (or your recipient) the first time round, we’ll attempt a second delivery free of charge. However, if we are still unable to reach you on our second try, there will be a $10 delivery fee for every delivery attempt thereafter. Please note that re-deliveries are no longer covered under our 4-7 working days delivery lead time. Alternatively, there is also the option for a self-collection at any of our store outlets. 🙂

Below are some common questions about our products
We are currently only able to reserve items in-store.
If you’d like to reserve an item, simply call any of our Store Outlets and leave your name and phone number. We will be able to hold your item for a maximum of 3 days.
We are in the process of increasing the range of brands and items available on our website. However, our in-store and online catalogue may differ depending on stock availability, seasonality, and limited edition pieces.
If you know exactly what you’re looking for, get in touch with us at websales@thebettertoystore.com. Most times, we’ll be able to advise whether we will be restocking the item you need (and if so, an estimated month of arrival).
Unless stated in our product description or requested otherwise, items will be delivered unassembled in their original packaging. We are happy to assemble your item free of charge – but do note that once assembled, items will not fit into their original packaging and will be delivered without a box.
If you request that your item be assembled, it will be delivered pre-assembled – additional charges will apply should you require on-site assembly.
Do note that we do not recommend assembly for items that will be delivered overseas. The package will end up much bigger than its original unassembled size and shipping fees will correspond. Assembled items are also more vulnerable to damage during international shipping because they are no longer as well-protected as they were in their original flat-packed boxes.
Special occasions deserve Better care. We are happy to offer a gift wrapping and gift message service for all our items – no matter the size – to help create cherished memories for you and your loved ones.
Our custom gift wrap is designed & made in Germany using tear-resistant kraft paper created with a proprietary method from sustainable resources (timber from FSC/PEFC-certified forests.)
If you would like your order wrapped, simply use the Giftwrap option at checkout.
If you would only like a specific item wrapped, you can specify this in your order notes at checkout. Please do so to avoid generating unnecessary waste ☺
