In the event that you receive an item that contains a manufacturing defect or is missing a part, please email us at websales@thebettertoystore.com with your order number and a photograph of the defect within 30 days upon receipt of your items. We will gladly arrange for an exchange of your defective item.
Sure! We’ll issue a receipt based on the purchase value of the items; this amount can then be used to offset the total on future purchases.

Unfortunately, our sale Terms & Conditions do not allow for monetary refunds. Instead, we are happy to issue you with a credit note that can be used in our brick-and-mortar stores or online.
Sure you are – we want you to be happy with your toy, sale or no sale. All items are eligible for exchange/refund unless otherwise specified. Only items marked as “CLEARANCE” or “AS-IS” are non-exchangeable/non-returnable.
Do note that the return value of your item may differ from what you paid depending on the conditions of the promotion.
We understand that your toys sometimes go on grand adventures. However, for returns and exchanges, we ask that they be in tip-top, unused condition – so that they come back to us ready for their next big adventure. Do be mindful of checking that the toy you have purchased is right for you before disposing of packaging & using the toy!
Received an item that wasn’t quite what you wanted? No worries – it can stay a secret. Simply use your packing slip as a proof of purchase. It has all the information we need to help you process an exchange.
If you received an item with a manufacturing defect, provide us with pictures (as many and as detailed as possible) at websales@thebettertoystore.com and we’ll sort it out for you – no extra charge.
We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges for overseas purchases due to change of mind.
