Depending on your trade model, our business customers are eligible for tiered discounts dependent on total order value.

We currently only accept pre-payment (via Paypal or Bank Transfers) and Cash On Delivery.

30-day terms are only available to brick-and-mortar resellers, as well as schools and child-related institutions.

Lead times will vary based on product type and quantity. Generally, if everything requested is in stock, the items will reach you within 5-7 working days upon receipt of a purchase order (and payment, if applicable). During our peak season (Nov-Dec), lead times for delivery may be extended to 10 working days.

If there is something from our existing brands that you want for your business, but don’t see it on our shelves, do let us know. If possible, we will endeavour to bring the toys in for you. (Do take note that our items are imported directly from Europe and around, which means that the lead time will need to take into account the shipping and pack times).

Orders above $300 nett are entitled to free shipping. For small orders below $300 nett, a flat delivery fee of $10 applies.

Self-collection from our store outlets may be available as an option (subject to order size.)

For resellers, RRPs must be followed strictly. Occasional seasonal sales are allowed with prior arrangement & approval. Do get in touch with us for further clarification.

All items will be deemed as being received in good condition if no communication is made within 7 days after delivery.

Returns are strictly not allowed beyond 7 days after delivery. 

Exchanges, provided that the item & packaging are still in its original, saleable condition, can be entertained within 60 days from delivery. 

Exceptions are ‘Goods on Special Offer’, which are sold as-is; and are strictly not returnable/exchangeable.
