This kit introduces children to the art of “quilling”, a crafting classic where pictures are created using paper spirals. Children will be able to complete the 2 designs provided with ease thanks to specially-adapted tools and simplified techniques. They roll the multi-coloured strips of paper up into loops, coils and navettes, then glue them to the illustrated background, decorating the bird’s feathers and the deer’s antlers with spiralling patterns that rise up off the page.
