The baton is passed from last year’s Little Santa, who looked like a newborn baby with an innocent expression on his face, which was also reflected in his name “Noel”, which comes from the Latin word for birth (and Christmas), to Little Santa 2023 “Bell”, who heralds the birth of Jesus. This Teddy bear is made from brown curly mohair and has a trimmed muzzle to give her a more mature, classic expression. Little Santa 2023 “Bell” wears an unusual and charming bell necklace with a ribbon at the back of the neck. The ribbon is striped in the classic Christmas colours of red and white and was made in France. To match the gold bells, the Teddy bear’s nose is embroidered in gold thread and her soles are embroidered in the colour of her plush to identify her as “Little Santa 2023”.
